Here's wishing you the warmest and fuzziest holiday season ever! Here is a note from HubBub's founder and owner, Drew Crockett, to cap what has been an epic year for us:
It is with great appreciation that I write this note. It hasn’t been easy, but it’s been a ton of fun. I can remember the excitement selling our first cup out of the shiny red truck on a chilly fall morning in October 2009. While that seems like ages ago, we still feel that we are just getting started. As 2013 comes to a close, I can’t help but reflect on a very exciting year. 2013 has been incredible - both for HubBub and for me personally. It would not have been possible without your continued support – the crew, customers, family, friends, partners – you are all a part of HubBub and we wouldn’t be anywhere without you. From the very beginning, HubBub has been a company about people and we continue to strive to find out that it’s all about making little differences every day. Starting a business can be a lonely affair, and believing when others don’t is a humbling experience, but it is nice to know that we’re not alone. We have big plans for the upcoming year and we can’t wait to share more experiences with you!
A huge thank you to the HubBub Crew – nothing would be possible without you guys. Everything from the early morning wakeups to dialing in espresso and staying educated on all of our coffees, it is truly inspiring to see everyone at work – together, making the team stronger.
A huge shout-out to our amazing customers – our regulars keep us going everyday, striving to do great things with unique coffees, asking questions, and just genuinely caring. Your support allows us to make a difference in all that we do.
As others have said before me (I will credit Erica, who will credit someone else if you ask her), working in coffee is like being on the longest first date you have ever been on. We enjoy learning little bits about your life each day and we hope you feel the same. Please don’t hesitate to introduce yourself.
From everyone in the HubBub family, we would like to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas, and happy and healthy New Year!
We’ll keep the Good Things Brewing. See you in 2014!
Safe travels, happy relaxing, and we'll see you next year! Remember when you would leave elementary or middle school before winter break and everyone say that and get such a big kick out of it :) Enjoy the break, everyone.
